Home experiment suggesting a potential solution to the Gulf oil/gas leak issue. Experiment involves a grey 4 inch PVC pipe representing the current leaking pipe; a white 3 inch PVC pipe representing a suction pipe to be inserted within the leaking pipe; and a blood pressure cuff with manual monitor representing an inflatable rubber seal.
