Balloon Release Promo

Check this out. Since Brookdale Park is a Public park, I decided to have an event called the Balloon Release Project haha. (I did not notify the town or anything for this.) In the Balloon Release Project, everyone will inflate as many balloons as they can hold as big as possible (WITH YOUR BREATH! - NOT HELIUM!!!) and hold up in the air.
